Personalized jewelry, made-to-order pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective upon arrival.

925 means the piece is sterling silver: 92.5% pure silver alloyed with 7.5% of another metal, usually copper. Pure silver on its own is too soft to hold a setting, so 925 is the standard used for fine jewellery worldwide.

To prevent tarnishing, store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container and avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, and lotions.

Sterling silver can tarnish over time when the copper in the alloy reacts with air and moisture. It is surface level and reversible: wipe the piece with a soft dry cloth after wearing, keep it away from perfume and water, and use a silver polishing cloth to bring the shine back.

Yes. Our pieces are made for daily wear. Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before swimming, bathing or the gym to keep it looking new for longer.
